JSW Infrastructure Acquires NCR Rail for ₹467.47 Cr

JSW Infrastructure Ltd, through its step-down wholly owned subsidiary Khurja Rail Terminal Private Limited, has successfully acquired NCR Rail Infrastructure Limited (NCR Rail) for ₹467.47 Crore. This acquisition was implemented via a Resolution Plan under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, following approvals from the National Company Law Tribunal. NCR Rail operates a Private Freight Terminal in Khurja, Uttar Pradesh, and includes two operational warehouses and a significant land bank. The acquisition is expected to facilitate the integration and expansion of JSW Infrastructure's logistics business.
