Juniper Hotels CFO Resigns; Interim Management Appointed

Juniper Hotels Ltd announced the resignation of its Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Tarun Jaitly, effective July 15, 2026. Mr. Jaitly is leaving to pursue a new opportunity. He has also resigned from his CFO position at Chartered Hotels Private Limited, a material subsidiary. The company is initiating the process to appoint a new CFO. In the interim, Mr. Amit Saraf, President, and Mr. Sandeep Joshi, Vice President – Finance & Accounts, will oversee the CFO's responsibilities until a permanent replacement is found. The company will make necessary filings regarding this management change.
