Juniper Hotels Chairman's Speech at 40th AGM

Juniper Hotels Ltd held its 40th Annual General Meeting on August 27, 2026, where Chairman Mr. Arun Kumar Saraf delivered a speech highlighting the company's strong performance in FY2026. Total income surpassed ₹1,000 crore for the first time, with Profit After Tax nearly doubling to ₹141.6 crore and EBITDA reaching ₹444 crore at a 42% margin. The company is optimistic about the Indian hospitality sector's growth prospects, driven by domestic and inbound tourism, and infrastructure development. Juniper Hotels plans to expand its room inventory from approximately 1,900 keys to 4,000 keys by 2030-31, with a planned capex of ₹1930 crore funded by internal surplus. The company also announced a new association with Marriott's Westin brand for its Bengaluru hotel.
