Jyoti Structures Closes Trading Window for Q1 FY27 Results

Jyoti Structures Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's securities. This closure is effective from July 01, 2026, and will remain in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of the Un-Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The decision aligns with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. During this period, all officers, designated persons, insiders, and their immediate relatives are prohibited from trading in the company's shares. The PAN of designated persons and their immediate relatives will be frozen by NSDL for trading during this window. The company will intimate the date of the board meeting for results declaration in due course.
