K S Oils Ltd: FY26 Audited Standalone Financial Results Approved

The Board of Directors of K.S. Oils Limited approved the audited standalone financial results for the fourth quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. The results, reviewed by the Audit Committee and audited by M/s NJG & Co., Chartered Accountants, will be available on the company's website and published in relevant newspapers as per SEBI LODR Regulations. The Board Meeting, which commenced at 03.30 P.M. (IST) and concluded at 03.55 P.M. (IST), also included a review of the Independent Auditor's Report, which highlighted the recommencement of operations and the operationalization of the Kota plant.
