Kalpa Commercial Appoints Shruti Sethi as Independent Director

Kalpa Commercial Ltd has appointed Ms. Shruti Sethi as an Additional Director in the capacity of Non-Executive Independent Director. The appointment was approved by the Board of Directors on August 10, 2026, following a recommendation from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Ms. Sethi's tenure will be for five consecutive years, from August 10, 2026, to August 9, 2031, subject to shareholder approval. She is a qualified Company Secretary and commerce graduate with over four years of experience in corporate laws, secretarial compliances, and corporate governance. She is not related to any existing Directors or Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) and is not debarred from holding a directorship.
