Kansai Nerolac Paints declares Unaudited Q2 FY27 results

Kansai Nerolac Paints Limited announced its Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and six months ended September 30, 2026. The Board of Directors approved these results in a meeting held on November 4, 2026. The company also provided a Limited Review Report from its statutory auditors. The financial results will be published in newspapers as per SEBI regulations. The amalgamation of Nerofix Private Limited with Kansai Nerolac Paints, approved by NCLT on September 24, 2026, has been accounted for retrospectively from April 1, 2025, under the pooling of interest method.
