Kaveri Seed Announces 39th AGM and Book Closure Dates

Kaveri Seed Company Ltd has announced its 39th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Tuesday, September 29, 2026, at 12:00 Noon IST via video conferencing (VC) or other audio-visual means (OAVM). In accordance with Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013, and SEBI regulations, the company's register of members and share transfer books will be closed from September 26, 2026, to September 28, 2026, inclusive, for the purpose of the AGM. The Annual Report for FY 2025-26, including the AGM notice, will be sent electronically to shareholders with registered email IDs, and a letter with web link details will be sent to those without registered emails. The Annual Report and AGM Notice will also be uploaded on the company's website.
