KEI Industries Reappoints Akshit Diviaj Gupta as Whole-Time Director

KEI Industries Ltd announced the re-appointment of Mr. Akshit Diviaj Gupta as Whole-Time Director for a further period of five years, from May 10, 2027, to May 09, 2032. This reappointment is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. The Board of Directors also approved the standalone and consolidated un-audited financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026, along with the Limited Review Report from the statutory auditors. Additionally, the company fixed the date for its Annual General Meeting on Monday, September 28, 2026.
