Khaitan Chemicals: Utsav Khaitan re-appointed Jt. MD for 3 years

Khaitan Chemicals & Fertilizers Ltd's Board of Directors has approved the re-appointment of Mr. Utsav Khaitan as Joint Managing Director. The re-appointment is for a term of three years, effective from May 1, 2026, until April 30, 2029. This decision is subject to the approval of the company's shareholders at the ensuing general meeting. Mr. Utsav Khaitan, who holds a degree in Economics from New York University and has expertise in marketing, is confirmed not to be debarred from holding a directorship by SEBI or any other authority. He is also noted as the son of Mr. Shailesh Khaitan, the current Chairman & Managing Director, and holds 13,439 shares in the company.
