Kings Infra Ventures Appoints Akhil Haridas as CFO

Kings Infra Ventures Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Akhil Haridas as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel. The decision was approved by the Board of Directors on September 25, 2026, following a recommendation from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Mr. Haridas, a qualified Cost and Management Accountant with over a decade of experience in finance and accounting, will be effective from September 25, 2026. His remuneration is set at ₹1,50,000 per month. His expertise spans financial planning, budgeting, treasury, statutory compliance, and cost control across various industries.
