Kirloskar Ferrous Appoints Pallavi Gokhale as Additional Independent Director

Kirloskar Ferrous Industries Ltd has announced the cooption of Mrs. Pallavi Gokhale as an Additional Director in the category of Non-Executive Independent Director. The decision was made by the Board of Directors on June 12, 2026, following a recommendation from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Mrs. Gokhale, a commerce graduate and a Chartered Accountant with over two decades of consulting experience, brings expertise in corporate governance, risk management, and process optimization. She previously served as a partner at Ernst & Young LLP India and holds directorships in other listed companies. She does not hold any equity shares in Kirloskar Ferrous and is not related to any other director or key managerial person.
