KFIL Appoints Pallavi Gokhale as Additional Director

Kirloskar Industries Ltd announced that its material subsidiary, Kirloskar Ferrous Industries Limited (KFIL), has appointed Mrs. Pallavi Gokhale as an Additional Director in the category of Non-Executive Independent Director. The appointment was made effective from June 12, 2026, following a recommendation from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and approval by the Board of Directors. Mrs. Gokhale, a commerce graduate and a Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant, brings over two decades of experience in consulting, with expertise in corporate governance, risk management, and process optimization, having previously been a partner at Ernst & Young LLP India. She holds directorships in several other companies and does not hold any equity shares in KFIL, nor is she related to any other director or key managerial person.
