The Board of Directors of Kisan Mouldings Ltd approved the change in designation of Mr. Arun Agarwal from Non Executive Non Independent Director to Managing Director of the Company for a period of 3 years with effect from June 01, 2026, subject to approval of members. The board also approved the appointment of Mr. Ranveer Kumar as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer with effect from May 05, 2026. Additionally, the board took note of the resignations of Mr. Sanjeev Amarnath Aggarwal, Chairman and Managing Director, Mr. Sunil Agarwal, Independent Director, M/s.
