Kisan Mouldings: Sunil Agarwal Resigns as Independent Director

Mr. Sunil Agarwal has resigned from his position as Independent Director of Kisan Mouldings Ltd, effective from the closure of business hours on May 05, 2026. The resignation is due to reasons stated in his email dated May 05, 2026. This was noted during the Board of Directors meeting held on the same day, where other key decisions were also taken, including the resignation of Mr. Sanjeev Amarnath Aggarwal, Chairman and Managing Director, and the resignation of M/s. Sen & Ray, Chartered Accountants, Statutory Auditors of the Company and M/s. Nidhi Bajaj & Associates, Company Secretaries, Secretarial Auditors of the Company. The board also approved the appointment of Mr. Arun Agarwal as Managing Director and Mr. Ranveer Kumar as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer.
