Knowledge Marine Promoters Sell 2.10% Stake

Knowledge Marine & Engineering Works Ltd announced that its promoters, Kanak Kewalramani and Dinesh Kewalramani, along with Persons Acting in Concert (PACs), have sold 5,12,820 equity shares, representing 2.10% of the total share capital, through an open market transaction. This sale reduces the promoter group's total holding from 53.66% to 51.56%. The transaction occurred on June 19, 2026, and was conducted via bulk deal on BSE and NSE. The total equity share capital of the company remains unchanged at 2,44,44,108 shares.
