Kolte-Patil Developers Signs Six Mumbai Projects Worth ₹6,000 Cr GDV

Kolte-Patil Developers Limited has announced a significant expansion in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) by signing six society redevelopment projects. These projects, located in prime areas like Santacruz West, Andheri West, Oshiwara, Versova, Ghatkopar East, and Vashi, have a combined Gross Development Value (GDV) of approximately ₹6,000 crore. This marks the company's largest annual business development addition in MMR to date, reinforcing its strategic focus on this high-value real estate market. The projects are expected to be launched within the next 6 to 12 months, subject to approvals, and are anticipated to be iconic developments. This expansion aligns with the company's strategy to scale its business through larger project opportunities, particularly following its strategic partnership with Blackstone.
