Kriti Industries Appoints Pradeep Shastri Vedula as CEO

Kriti Industries India Ltd has announced the appointment of Shri Pradeep Shastri Vedula as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective August 11, 2026. Mr. Vedula joins the company's senior management and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) cadre. He brings over 20 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain, Procurement Strategy, and Operations, having previously held leadership roles at Finolex Industries, Sudarshan Chemical Industries, Accenture Strategy, and Asian Paints. Mr. Vedula holds a PODM from IIM Bangalore and an Engineering degree from Delhi College of Engineering. The company has confirmed that Mr. Vedula has not been debarred from holding office by any SEBI order.
