KSH International Appoints Secretarial and Cost Auditors

KSH International Limited announced the appointment of M/s. KANJ & Co. LLP as Secretarial Auditors for five years (FY2026-27 to FY2030-31) and M/s. Joshi Apte & Associates as Cost Auditor for FY2026-27. These appointments were approved at the Board of Directors meeting held on August 10, 2026. The appointment of the Secretarial Auditor is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. The board meeting took place from 5:30 PM to 7:15 PM IST.
