Shreyans Surana Sells 5.93% Stake in Lakhotia Polyesters

Shreyans Surana and Persons Acting in Concert (PACs) have disclosed the sale of 6,21,000 equity shares, representing 5.93% of the issued capital of Lakhotia Polyesters (India) Limited. The transaction occurred through an open market sale on June 18, 2026. Prior to the sale, Shreyans Surana held 5.93% and PACs Intensive Finance Private Limited and Intensive Softshare Private Limited held 8.96% and 0% respectively. After the sale, Intensive Finance Private Limited holds 9.39% and Intensive Softshare Private Limited holds 5.93%. The total holding of the group before the sale was 14.88% and after the sale is 15.32%. The total equity share capital of the company before the sale was Rs. 1,04,73,98,800.
