Landmark Property Development Company Ltd's Board of Directors has approved a proposal to extend the repayment timeline for Eterna Living Pvt Ltd. Eterna Living owes Landmark Property ₹35,11,15,047 under a Refund and Settlement Agreement dated March 27, 2026. Eterna has requested an extension until March 31, 2027, and has submitted a cheque for ₹8,00,00,000 as part-payment, reducing the outstanding balance to ₹27,11,15,047. This extension is subject to the approval of Landmark Property's shareholders at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
