Landmark Property Dev executes RTA Agreement with MUFG Intime India

Landmark Property Development Company Ltd has executed a Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) Agreement with MUFG Intime India Private Limited on July 31, 2026. This agreement formalizes the continuation of RTA services following the amalgamation of the previous RTA, C B Management Services (P) Limited, with MUFG Intime India Private Limited, effective May 8, 2026. The amalgamation resulted in MUFG Intime India Private Limited assuming all assets, rights, and obligations of the former RTA. This is not a new appointment but a legal succession due to the amalgamation.
