Leapfrog Engineering Appoints Statutory Auditors for 5 Years

Leapfrog Engineering Services Ltd announced the appointment of M/s. GRSM & Associates as Statutory Auditors for a consecutive period of five years, from the conclusion of the 21st AGM until the 26th AGM. This appointment is subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, Mr. Sudhir Vishnupant Hulyalkar was appointed as Secretarial Auditor for five years (FY2026-27 to FY2030-31). Mrs. Sapna Raghavendra was also approved as a Director liable to retire by rotation. The Board meeting where these decisions were made took place on August 21, 2026.
