Lemon Tree Hotels: Investor Acquires 41.09% Stake in Fleur Hotels

Lemon Tree Hotels Ltd announced the completion of a transaction under the Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) dated January 9, 2026, where an investor, Coastal Cedar Investments B.V., acquired 41.09% of the equity share capital of Fleur Hotels Limited (FHL), a material subsidiary. The transaction, which closed on May 22, 2026, does not change Lemon Tree Hotels' shareholding in FHL, which remains a subsidiary. Consequently, the existing Subscription and Shareholders’ Agreement dated April 25, 2012, has been terminated, and a new Shareholders’ Agreement dated January 9, 2026, has come into effect.
