Lenskart Increases Stake in Dimension NXG to 9.01%

Lenskart Solutions Limited has acquired an additional 1.80% stake in its associate entity, Dimension NXG Private Limited (Ajna), for INR 79.97 million. This acquisition increases Lenskart's aggregate shareholding in Ajna from 7.21% to 9.01% of its fully diluted share capital. The move aims to strengthen Lenskart's strategic association with extended reality (XR), artificial intelligence, and smart wearable technology, supporting technology-led opportunities in the smart eyewear sector. Ajna operates in Smart Glasses and Software Application Development. The transaction is considered a related party transaction and has been conducted on an arm's length basis, with Mr. Peyush Bansal, Lenskart's Promoter and MD, also serving as a Director on Ajna's board. No specific governmental or regulatory approvals were required, and the acquisition was completed on September 13, 2026.
