Guttikonda Rajasekhar and Guttikonda Vara Lakshmi have disclosed an acquisition of equity shares in Lippi Systems Ltd through open market transactions. The acquisition involved 2,99,995 shares for Guttikonda Rajasekhar and 81,221 shares for Guttikonda Vara Lakshmi, collectively representing 5.45% of the total diluted share capital. The total equity share capital of the company is Rs. 7,00,00,000/-.
