Lloyds Metals: 18.09% shares newly encumbered for lenders

SBICAP Trustee Company Ltd has disclosed the creation of a Non-Disposal Undertaking (NDU) over 10,18,02,932 shares, representing 18.09% of Lloyds Metals & Energy Limited's total share capital. This NDU was created by various promoter entities, including Mukesh Rajnarayan Gupta and others, in favor of SBICAP Trustee Company as Security Trustee for the benefit of the company's lenders. Following this, the total encumbered shares in Lloyds Metals & Energy Limited now stand at 24,98,92,164 shares, or 44.39% of the total share capital. The NDU was created on September 4, 2026.
