Ludlow Jute Acquires 100% Equity in SEVA BY TARA FOUNDATION

Ludlow Jute & Specialities Ltd has acquired 100% equity shares of SEVA BY TARA FOUNDATION, a Section 8 Company. The acquisition was approved by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and involved a cash consideration for 100,000 shares at Rs. 10 per share, totaling ₹10,00,000. SEVA BY TARA FOUNDATION will operate as a wholly-owned subsidiary and is involved in veterinary activities, educational support services, and other social work.
