Ludlow Jute MD Re-appointed for 3 Years

Ludlow Jute & Specialities Ltd announced the re-appointment of Mr. Ashish Chandrakant Agrawal as Managing Director for a further period of three years, effective from June 13, 2026, to June 12, 2029. This decision was made based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and approved by the Board of Directors during their meeting held on June 13, 2026. The re-appointment is subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Agrawal brings over 30 years of industry experience in manufacturing, quality management, project execution, and business management.
