
Lumax Industries FY26 Revenue up 23% to 4,184 Cr; Q4 PAT up 23%
Lumax Industries Limited reported its highest-ever annual revenue of 4,184 crore for FY26, a 23.0% increase year-on-year, and highest-ever quarterly revenue of 1,200 crore for Q4FY26, up 30% Y-o-Y. The company also achieved its highest-ever annual EBITDA of 412 crore (up 42.8% Y-o-Y) and quarterly EBITDA of 125 crore (up 46.6% Y-o-Y), with EBITDA margins improving to 9.8% for FY26 and 10.4% for Q4FY26. Annual Profit after Tax (PAT) reached a record 172.5 crore, a 23.3% Y-o-Y increase, while Q4 PAT was 54 crore, up 23% Y-o-Y. ICRA Limited upgraded the company's long-term and short-term credit ratings to ICRA AA- (Stable) and ICRA A1+ respectively. LED lighting now accounts for 61% of total revenue, and the company launched new products for major OEMs. The order book stands at 2,200 crore, with 88% from LED lighting.
