Lupin Subsidiary Licenses Ophthalmic Drug YUVEZZITM in EU

Lupin's wholly-owned subsidiary, VISUfarma B.V., has entered into an exclusive license agreement with Visus Therapeutics, Inc. to commercialize YUVEZZITM, an ophthalmic product for presbyopia treatment. The agreement covers the European Union, UK, Switzerland, Norway, and Iceland. The total potential consideration is up to €75 million, including a €20 million strategic investment and up to €55 million in milestone payments, plus royalties. The deal aims to expand Lupin's presence in the European eye-care market.
