Lodha Developers Board to meet Apr 24 for FY26 results & dividend

Lodha Developers Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene a meeting on Friday, April 24, 2026. The primary objectives of this meeting are to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results (Consolidated and Standalone) for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. Additionally, the Board will discuss and potentially recommend a dividend on the equity shares of the Company for the financial year concluded on March 31, 2026. This intimation is made in accordance with Regulation 29 and 50 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
