Lodha Developers Sets Aug 7 Record Date for FY26 Dividend

Lodha Developers Ltd announced that its Board of Directors has fixed August 7, 2026, as the record date for determining shareholder eligibility for the dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. This dividend, if approved by shareholders at the upcoming 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for August 14, 2026, will be paid within 30 days of declaration.
