Lodha Developers Q4 FY26 Results, ₹4.25 Dividend, Director Changes

Lodha Developers Ltd. announced its audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. The Board of Directors recommended a final dividend of ₹4.25 per equity share (42.5%) for FY26, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM. Additionally, the company re-appointed Mr Lee Polisano as an Independent Director for a second term and appointed Mr Akhil Gupta as an Additional Independent Director. Mr Satish Shenoy, COO - Construction Management, was designated as Senior Management Personnel. The statutory auditors issued an unmodified opinion on the financial results.
