Mahendra Singh Sells 64,000 Equity Shares of Mafia Trends Limited

According to a disclosure made under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, Mahendra Singh has sold 64,000 equity shares of Mafia Trends Limited. This sale represents approximately 14.62% of the total voting rights and total diluted capital of the company before the sale. The sale was made on the open market and the shares were sold at a price of Rs.10/- each, amounting to a total consideration of Rs.4,43,35,500/-. The sale has resulted in a decrease in Mahendra Singh's holding to 5,84,310 shares, representing approximately 12.58% of the total voting rights and total diluted capital of the company after the sale.
