Mahindra University & MEI Sell 8.67 Lakh M&M Shares

Mahindra University (MU) and Mahindra Educational Institutions (MEI) have completed the sale of 8,67,027 equity shares of Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd (M&M), representing 0.07% of the company's total voting share capital. These shares were originally received as an endowment contribution from Mrs. Anuradha Mahindra and Mr. Anand Mahindra. The sale was conducted through the stock exchange, and the proceeds will be utilized for the University's educational and charitable objectives, including infrastructure development, scholarships, research, and student aid. This transaction marks the complete monetization of the M&M shares gifted to MU and MEI.
