Maithan Alloys Ltd has acquired 128,155 equity shares, representing 0.11% of the total shareholding, in ESDS Software Solution Limited for a total cost of ₹18.15 Crore on October 8, 2026. The acquisition was made through the stock exchange and is considered a long-term/short-term investment benefit. Maithan Alloys does not intend to acquire control of ESDS Software Solution Limited's management. ESDS Software Solution Limited is an AI-enabled IT service provider with a turnover of ₹378 Crore and PAT of ₹62 Crore as of March 31, 2026. The acquisition is an arms-length transaction and does not involve related parties.
