Majestic Research Appoints 4 Directors Post NCLT Order

Majestic Research Services and Solutions Ltd has announced the appointment of four new directors to its Board, in compliance with an order from the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT). The appointments include Mrs. Rashmikaben Shaileshbhai Patel as Managing Director, Mr. Parth Patel as Executive Director, and Mr. Piyush Jagdishbhai Patel and Mrs. Avani Vishnubhai Patel as Non-Executive Independent Directors. These appointments are effective from September 18, 2025, and are for a term of five years, subject to necessary regulatory and shareholder approvals.
