Majestic Research Disclaimer of Opinion on FY26 Results

Majestic Research Service and Solutions Limited has issued a revised financial result for the year ended March 31, 2026. However, the company's auditors, J J Patel & Associates, have issued a disclaimer of opinion. This is due to unresolved issues stemming from a Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) initiated in May 2023, including non-verifiability of opening balances, unavailability of books of accounts, and material uncertainty regarding the company's going concern status.
