Majestic Research gets 1-month AGM extension from ROC

Majestic Research Services and Solutions Ltd has received a one-month extension from the Registrar of Companies (ROC), Karnataka, to hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The company had initially sought an extension of three months, but the ROC granted a one-month reprieve, setting the new deadline for the AGM on or before October 31, 2026. The company plans to announce the final AGM date in due course.
