Malpani Pipes Acquires 100% Equity of Terex Industries

Malpani Pipes and Fittings Limited (MALPANI) announced the acquisition of 100% equity shares of M/s. Terex Industries Private Limited. This acquisition, approved by the Board of Directors on May 28, 2026, is expected to unlock significant long-term value by combining Malpani Pipe's manufacturing and export capabilities with Terex Industries' sectoral expertise and innovation. Upon completion, Terex Industries Private Limited will become a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of Malpani Pipes & Fittings Limited. The Board also considered and approved the Audited Financial Statements and Results for the financial year ended March 31, 2026.
