Mangalore Chemicals & Fertilizers Ltd Announces Composite Scheme of Arrangement Sanctioned by National Company Law Tribunal

Mangalore Chemicals & Fertilizers Ltd (MCFL) and Paradeep Phosphates Limited (PPL) have e-filed the certified copies of the sanction orders passed by the National Company Law Tribunal, Bengaluru Bench and Cuttack Bench, with the respective Registrar of Companies. The Effective Date 1 for the purposes of the Scheme is today, i.e., October 13, 2025. Part II of the Scheme deals with the amalgamation of MCFL with and into PPL on the ‘Effective Date 2’ and with effect from the ‘Appointed Date 2°. The Company will make appropriate disclosure(s) upon occurrence of ‘Effective Date 2°.
