Mankind Pharma Board Approves Amalgamation of Subsidiaries

Mankind Pharma Limited's Board of Directors has approved a scheme of arrangement for the amalgamation of its wholly-owned subsidiaries, Prolijune Lifesciences Private Limited and Pavi Buildwell Private Limited, into the parent company. The appointed date for this amalgamation is April 01, 2027. The board also noted a separate scheme of arrangement for the amalgamation of Upakarma Ayurveda Private Limited with Mankind Consumer Products Private Limited. Additionally, the board approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026, along with the limited review reports from joint statutory auditors.
