Mankind Pharma to amalgamate wholly owned subsidiaries

Mankind Pharma Limited's Board of Directors has approved a scheme of arrangement for the amalgamation of its wholly owned subsidiaries, Prolijune Lifesciences Private Limited and Pavi Buildwell Private Limited, with the parent company. The effective date for this amalgamation is set for April 01, 2027. Additionally, the board noted the scheme of arrangement for the amalgamation of Upakarma Ayurveda Private Limited with Mankind Consumer Products Private Limited, another wholly owned subsidiary. The company also approved its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026. The amalgamation schemes are subject to necessary statutory and regulatory approvals, including from the National Company Law Tribunal.
