Bina Rashmikant Acharya Acquires 12.76% Stake in Market Creators Ltd

Bina Rashmikant Acharya has acquired 13,40,000 equity shares, representing 12.76% of the total share capital, in Market Creators Limited. The acquisition was made through an off-market transaction on July 1, 2026. Prior to this acquisition, Bina Rashmikant Acharya held no shares in the company. The total equity share capital of Market Creators Limited remains 1,05,00,000 equity shares of face value Rs. 10/- each, both before and after the acquisition. This disclosure is made under Regulation 29(1) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
