Kalpesh J Shah Acquires Stake in Market Creators Ltd

Kalpesh Jayantilal Shah has acquired 20.19% of the total share capital of Market Creators Limited through an off-market transaction. The acquisition involved 2,119,491 equity shares. Post-acquisition, Shah's holding increased to 2,210,961 shares, representing 21.06% of the total equity. The total diluted share capital of the company remains 1,05,00,000 equity shares of face value Rs. 10/- each. This disclosure is made under Regulation 29(1) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
