Mauria Udyog Ltd Announces UNAUDITED FINANCIAL RESULTS-31-12-2025 with Profit of ₹ 2,179.92 Crores

Mauria Udyog Ltd has announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The company has reported a profit of ₹ 2,179.92 Crores. The meeting of the Board of Directors was held on 13 February 2026 and the financial results were approved. The results have been prepared in accordance with the principles and procedures for the preparation and presentation of financial results as set out in the accounting standards. The company has two reportable segments: Manufacturing and Trading. The basic and diluted earnings per share have been calculated in accordance with Indian Accounting Standard -33 ‘Earnings Per Share’. There is no fund raising in the Company during the quarter under review. The company has initiated proceedings under Section 9 of Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, 2016 against its trade receivable M/s. Nexus Commosales Private Limited. The company has made necessary provision for doubtful debts and such balances are fully recoverable.
