Maximus International Reappoints Dipak Raval as MD for 5 Years

Maximus International Ltd announced board approval for the re-appointment of Mr. Dipak Raval as Managing Director for a term of 5 years, from October 7, 2026, to October 6, 2031. This re-appointment allows him to continue beyond the age of 70. The board also approved the appointment of Mr. Ramesh Kheradia as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director and the re-appointment of Ms. Divya Zalani as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a second term of 5 years. Additionally, M/s. Ambalal M. Shah & Co. have been appointed as Statutory Auditors to fill a casual vacancy and for a subsequent 5-year term. All appointments are subject to shareholder approval.
