M&B Engineering Reappoints Two Whole-Time Directors

M&B Engineering Ltd. announced that its Board of Directors, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee (NRC), has recommended the re-appointment of Ms. Birva Chirag Patel and Mr. Aditya Vipinbhai Patel as Whole-time Directors. Both appointments are for a period of 3 years, effective from April 2, 2027, to April 1, 2030, and are subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. Ms. Patel, a Company Secretary with over two decades of experience in corporate and SEBI laws, holds 7.03% shares. Mr. Patel, with an engineering and MBA finance background, heads business development and holds 3.53% shares. Both directors are affirmed not to be debarred by any SEBI order.
