Medplus Health Services: Lone Furrow adds 29 Lakh shares pledge

Lone Furrow Investment Pvt Ltd, a promoter of Medplus Health Services Ltd, has created an additional pledge of 29,00,000 equity shares on July 24, 2026. This action was taken pursuant to a top-up notice from Catalyst Trusteeship Limited, acting as Debenture Trustee, to restore the required Security Cover Ratio under the Share Pledge Agreement. Following this, Lone Furrow Investments now holds an aggregate of 54,00,000 equity shares of Medplus Health Services under pledge. The disclosure was made under Regulation 31(1) and 31(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
